Workers are increasingly required to use AI tools — often presented as “the only option” without any alternative; and no-one is informing us about our right to resist, object, and refuse. In many workplaces, expressing AI-critical sentiments has become a No-Go, leaving workers silenced and with even less options to build networks of solidarity. The question then becomes: how can workers that do not want to use AI in the workplace stand in solidarity with each other and organize?
